Eating People Is Wrong

Filed under: Little Words   Tagged: , ,

Here's a mildly inaccurate but, for those of us who like silly wordplay, decent cannibalism joke starring The New Yorker, courtesy of Comedy Central and of the polymathic Ben Bass, who sent me the link.

I haven't thought of Flanders & Swann's "The Reluctant Cannibal" in ages. Such a good song.

"A chorus of yums ran round the table: Yumyumyumyumyum..."

Reminds me of:

"There is no cannibalism in the British navy, absolutely none, and when I say none, I mean there is a certain amount."

--Monty Python
